All Workplace Desktop users
Windows taskbar > > Preferences... > Preferences button > Network tab
Click the icon in the taskbar and select Preferences... > Preferences button > Network tab.
Click the icon in the menu bar and select Preferences..., then click the Network tab:
- Select the network connection to apply the settings to.
- Make your setting selections from the following available options:
|ConnectionA connection is a restricted user with a named Autotask Workplace account. Connections do not have storage quota allocated to them, they cannot create projects, and they cannot see all members and connections on the team. Usage||Specify what traffic can use the connection. If the Throttle Control policy has been enabled for your policy profile, your maximum upload/download speed will be limited to the speed set by that policy.

Specify a time slot when the maximum speed can be used.
The speed control slider setting will be ignored during the specified time slot and Workplace"Workplace" describes the Autotask Workplace service in its entirety. Desktop will utilize the maximum speed available (which may be restricted via the Throttle Control policy).
- Click the OK button.
