QUESTION   How do I reset a user's password?

ANSWER   You can reset a user's password if you're a Full Access or Team Access Workplace Manager user.

NOTE  Users can reset their own passwords. Refer to Why can't I log in to Workplace? for details.

To reset a user's password:

  1. Log onto your client's Workplace Online.

  2. Go to Team > Users.
  3. Select the user whose password you want to reset.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Click the Send Password Reset Email button.
